Hi — I'm Louis, and I'm the only person behind everything you see here at LKS Systems and thelouispen.co.uk. I build and run websites for local businesses across Essex and further afield, and I'm always exploring new tools and techniques to build even better systems for LKS and my clients.

LKS Systems isn't a registered company — it's a trading name I use alongside thelouispen, simply neater for contracts, invoicing and day-to-day business. I run everything solo: no team, no employees, no subcontractors. I may fold the brand back into thelouispen further down the line, but the standard of work — and the person doing it — stays exactly the same either way.

I began building and developing my online presence throughout my teenage years, and that early passion has grown into something a number of local businesses now trust — whether that's building their website, managing their social media, or both.

Every client receives genuine one-to-one support, and I pride myself on offering some of the most accessible support hours available to businesses across Essex. No ticket queues, no account managers — when something needs changing, you talk to the person who designed it and knows exactly how it works, because that's the only person there is.
